No previous training or experience necessary
What is included in your Reiki 1 course?
- 1 hour introductory ZOOM prior to commencing Day 1
- Day 1 – Distance Reiki for 30 minutes
- Day 2 – Distance Reiki for 30 minutes
- Day 3 – Reiki 1 Attunement Day
- Reiki 1 Manual (85 pages)
- Framed Reiki 1 Certificate
- Unlimited whatsapp support during 21 days daily practice
- 2 x 1 hour scheduled catch up ZOOM sessions after 21 days practice (optional)

What you will learn:
- Basic knowledge of Chakra System
- What is Reiki
- How does Reiki work
- What Reiki can be used for
- History of Reiki
- How to incorporate Reiki into your daily routine
- Standard “hands-off” treatment with all hand positions for treating another and for self-treatment

Okuden – Second Degree of Reiki
Second Degree is for those who have completed Reiki 1 and want to up level their Reiki practice. By completing the Second Degree, you will have the ability to confidently practice with clients from having all the information in this manual.
What is included in your Reiki 2 course?
- 1 hour introductory ZOOM prior to commencing Day 1
- Day 1 – Distance Reiki for 30 minutes
- Day 2 – Distance Reiki for 30 minutes
- Day 3 – Reiki 2 Attunement Day
- Reiki 2 Manual (87 pages)
- Framed Reiki 2 Certificate
- Unlimited whatsapp support during 21 days daily practice
- 2 x 1 hour scheduled catch up ZOOM sessions after 21 days practice (optional)

What you will learn:
- 3 sacred traditional Reiki symbols including Distance Reiki symbol
- How to perform Distance Reiki (4 choices of technique)
- How to perform Animal Reiki
- How to perform 9 additional non traditional Reiki symbols
- Extra hand positions for treating specific parts of the body

Shinpiden – Third Degree of Reiki
Third Degree is for those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and 2 and want to up level their Reiki practice to teach others. By completing the Third Degree, you will have the ability to confidently practice with clients and students from having all the information in this manual.

- 1 hour introductory ZOOM prior to commencing Day 1

- 3 additional sacred traditional Reiki symbols including Master Reiki symbol
- How to perform in-person Reiki 1, 2, 3 attunements
- How to perform Distance Reiki 1, 2, 3 attunements (2 options)

- Reiju Self Empowerment

All attunements are privately held on 1 on 1 basis and can be either held in-person (Sharjah) or by distance via ZOOM
